Thiviet and James { Don Cesar Wedding Photographer }

We’re still not tired of looking at Thiviet and James’ photo gallery from their big day at the Don Cesar on Saint Pete Beach, so naturally we have to share some more photos! We gotta say, we loved all of their outfit changes for each stage of the night. They went from Vietnamese royalty, to sweet summer time, finishing off with a romantic nighttime elegance. Such a pleasure working with these two!

The Don Cesar was the perfect venue for Thiviet and James’ cultural wedding. The building’s luxurious presence complimented the couple’s traditional wear well and it’s just in a beautiful location. Right on the coat of Saint Pete Beach. We love working at the Don Cesar! And we know for a fact Thiviet were more than pleased with how well the venue prepared for their reception. Be on the look out for the next blog about this Vietnamese couple’s special day!

This wedding at the Don Cesar is what multi-cultural celebrations are all about. It’s one part West Coast Florida and one part Vietnamese as a nod to the couple’s family heritage. But our very favorite detail? How devastatingly royal Thiviet’s traditional gown was. It really added even more glory to the Don Cesar than it already has.

Luisa and John { Don Cesar Wedding Photographer }

I was going to leave it at Part Two, but I decided it’d almost be a crime not to share some more photos from Luisa and John’s wedding at the Don Cesar on Saint Pete beach. At least just a few from their reception and sunset pictures. As you may recall me saying in Part One, Luisa and John’s ceremony was a very special and intimate affair. Their reception was no different.

In our time, more and more wedding receptions seem to stray away from the celebration of two people being brought together, and start to more resemble a big party centered on drinking and dancing. So, I could really appreciate Luisa and John’s decision to have their reception in a beautiful dining room where the people closest to them could all enjoy a fine meal and share some words of love and encouragement. This graceful affair remained focused on the beauty of Luisa and John’s special day.
